The Gujarat High Court invites 'Online Applications' from eligible candidates to fill up a total of 3 posts of Class-III Employees (Court Attendant / Office Attendant / Home Attendant - Domestic Attendant) through direct recruitment through competitive examination, the details of which are as under:
👉 Online Application Period:
Date of online application: 01/02/2081
Last date to apply online is 21/06/2081
👉 Eligibility Criteria:
Candidate should have passed Std-8 examination from a government recognized school,
👉 Salary scale :
રૂ 14800 /- to રૂ 47100/-
👉 Age limit: :
Minimum age limit should not be less than 18 years. Maximum age limit should not be more than 5 years.

Notes: After availing all the types of age concessions applicable for getting age concession, the last date for online application should not be more than 5 years on 31/07/2011.
👉 Examination Fees and How to Pay Fees:
The candidate has to pay the following fees.
For general candidates Rs. 500 / -
A.J. / अ.ज.जा. / सा. And Sha.P. Rs. 150 /
👉 Filling method:
(1) Candidate has to pay the fee from 'SBI e-pay' through 'Print Application / Pay-Fee' menu button available on HC-OJAS portal. Carefully read and understand the Instruction / Help given by the candidate there. Fees can be paid through two options. (A) Online Payment God, (b) Offline Payment Mode (Cash currency will be generated online through 'sule - pay') (a) Online payment late 'SBI e - pay' through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card. Fees can be paid online. After paying the fee through online payment mode, e-receipt has to be obtained. Which must be submitted by the candidate at the time of examination. If for any reason the transaction / payment fails then the candidate has to follow the 'Instruction / Help' given there. Note: Since e-receipts are generated at the same time, hard copy and soft copy cannot be retrieved and then retrieved, special note should be taken. (B) Offline Payment Mode: If the candidate has selected the Cash Currency (Off Line) option, he has to print the 'Cash Currency' and pay the required fee at any branch of SBI by the last date and time indicated in the currency. One copy of the currency will be taken by the bank and the other copy will be returned to the candidate which the candidate has to submit at the time of examination / certificate verification. Note: - The required fee cannot be paid after the expiration date and time indicated in the currency.
(3) Candidate should keep a copy of e-receipt or cash currency till the completion of recruitment process,
(2) The 'online application' confirmed by the candidate will be considered valid only if the candidate has paid the required fee 'su e - pay & ra' during the prescribed period.
(2) Candidate who has paid the last date quotient fee in cash mode through online mode from 01/06/2021 to 31/09/2071 within the prescribed time limit will be considered valid only on the application of the candidate.
(V) Fees paid to any other medium or bank other than this will not be waived and the fees will not be refunded as well as the fees paid for any other place recruitment.
(2) Once the fee has been paid, the fee will not be refunded under any circumstances, which should be noted by every candidate. Candidate should first study the detailed advertisement and pay the fee as suggested by the candidate only if qualified.
👉 Competitive Exam Structure:
Objective type written examination (probable on 19/06/2021)
(1) Objective type written examination shall have a total of 100 questions and a total of 100 marks.
(3) The language of the objective type written examination question paper shall be Gujarati.
(3) For each wrong answer or for selecting more than one answer, there will be 0.5 negative marks.
(2) The duration of the examination will be 1 hour and 30 minutes (30 minutes).
(3) The syllabus of the objective type written examination shall be as follows.
Subject: Gujarati language
general knowledge
Mathematics
Sports
Everyday events
(2) In order to get a place in the selection list, in the objective type written examination, the candidates of general class and the candidates of 'Scheduled Caste' should get at least 50 marks and 'Scheduled Caste'. Candidates from 'Tribe', 'Sa.Shaip Class', Physically Disabled / Differently Abled (PH), Ex-Serviceman and Economically Weaker category candidates will have to get at least 3 marks. Then, a selection list will be prepared based on merit,
(3) Whether to take the objective type written examination at Ahmedabad or at other district level shall be decided on the basis of the number of candidates.
(2) To be present for the purposeful written examination at the place and time as decided by the High Court, which the candidate shall have to come and go on his own,
(2) Answer book in purpose type written examination 'O.M.R. (OMR) sheet will be provided, which is evaluated by scanning the OMR sheet reader machine. While the entire process is computer based, no representations regarding OMR sheet rechecking / assessment / re-evaluation will be considered, which should be noted by every candidate.
(10) If a large number of candidates pass the objective type written examination, a limited number of candidates on the basis of merit as prescribed by the Hon'ble High Court shall be deemed eligible for the next stage of recruitment process i.e. 'Certificate Verification / Document Verification'.
(11) The candidate has to download the e-Collator from the above mentioned website one week before the examination.

Notes: Most of the candidates usually apply in the last two-three days of online application, due to which the load on the server has increased and due to the technical error of the candidates themselves, many candidates cannot apply online. Therefore, it is imperative that all the candidates apply online on time, not in the last days. In addition to online application, all kinds of information related to the recruitment process such as | For instructions to the candidate, instructions for downloading the collator, notice, examination schedule, result, selection sheet, etc., the candidate should call the above mentioned website periodically without calling the High Court.
Notes : -In the absence of Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates, this category / category will be applicable to the general / general category / category act / basis. However, they will be given relief in paying the fee.
(1) The Hon'ble Gujarat High Court shall have the unfettered right to change the above fixed number of seats.
(2) Notice for Physically Disabled / Differently Abled (PH): Court Attendant / Office Attendant / Home Attendant - Blind or low sight depending on the type of duty / operation of the domestic tendent. Candidates cannot apply,
(3) Candidates selected for the above posts shall be required to perform such assignment in the place in which they are placed on duty. (B) Salary scale: - Rs.12,200-3,100 / reserve (a) Reserved in case of Scheduled Tribes, Socially and Educationally Backward Classes, Physically Disabled / Dintly Able, Women Candidates, Ex-Servicemen and Economically Weaker Classes The existing rules / orders / provisions / policies of the government will be applicable in this regard. (B) Only Scheduled Tribes, Socially and Educationally Backward and Economically Weaker Candidates as prescribed by the Gujarat State Government shall be entitled to the benefit of reservation.
